We are stretching into our month of movie Growing Pains and our next selection is The Half of It. It stars Ellie Chu, played by Leah Lewis, a smart, quiet, immigrant, high school student that is struggling to keep her family afloat. Out of desperation she accepts money from Paul Munsky, played by Daniel Diemer in exchange for writing a love letter to his crush Aster Flores, played by Alexxis Lemire. This gives them both much more than they bargained for.
